UPDATE JUNE 1 2022: Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, the postal service is only offering international shipping to certain countries. If your country is not available to select, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your order at this time. If you would like to be updated when your country is added, please sign up for our email list at costaverdebracelets.com

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Generally, most products are ready within 1-2 weeks.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 2-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-6 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-6 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What’s your return policy? We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at costaverdebracelets@gmail.com!

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at costaverdebracelets@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
