SIZING
The bracelets are fully adjustable from 5"-10.5" (13-27 cm) in circumference (wrist size) which fits most average wrists and still has plenty of room to slide on and off. Need them smaller or larger? Leave us a note at checkout. If you don't like the bracelet strings long you can tie them off and burn the tips to the exact length you would like. The bracelets are made with waxed polyester cord, which makes them 100% waterproof and perfect for your active lifestyle.
PERSONALIZING BRACELETS
We would be glad to make each bracelet exactly how you like! Feel free to change the string colors on any of our bracelets, using the color charts shown on each listing. Make sure to include these color numbers in the "notes to seller" section at checkout. We can also customize sizes, bead colors etc., but please message us first about it before purchasing the listing.
PROCESSING TIMES
Most of our items are made-to-order, and our current production/processing time is about 1-2 weeks.. Please remember to take into account both processing time + shipping time when estimating how long it will take to arrive.
SHIPPING
We ship via the Costa Rica Postal Service by Certified Mail, and you will be provided with a Tracking Number. Shipping times will depend on where you are located and at times there may be delays in Customs. We will send your order out as soon as we have it ready, however shipping/customs delays are out of our control and therefore not our responsibility. Packages sent to the USA have taken anywhere from 1.5 weeks to 6 weeks to arrive, or even longer. Please keep this in mind if ordering with a for an event. Also, please note that the CR Post Office is closed for all of Easter week (Semana Santa), so all orders during that time period we will ship out the following Monday when the Post Office reopens. The post office is also closed for other national holidays and several days over Christmas/New Years.

RUSH ORDERS
If you have a certain date that you need to receive your item by, please feel free to contact us. Whenever possible, we will work hard to meet your request. Keep in mind though, that once we leave the package at the post office, we have no control over any delays in shipping, and for that reason even though we do our best to send it to you in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered to you on a certain date.
